Acceptable use
SmorgyTech services are intended for legitimate websites, business operations, and marketing activities. Users must provide accurate account information, respect intellectual property and privacy rights, and comply with applicable laws and relevant platform policies.
Social Publisher authorization
You must have authority to connect and manage each Facebook Page or Instagram professional account. You are responsible for reviewing the content, selected destinations, media rights, timing, and accuracy of posts. Connecting an account gives SmorgyTech's authorized tools the access approved through the applicable platform permissions.
Third-party platforms
Facebook, Instagram, hosting companies, and other third-party services operate independently. Their policies, access rules, availability, rate limits, and technical changes may affect functionality. SmorgyTech cannot guarantee uninterrupted API access, delivery, visibility, or engagement on external platforms.
Website projects and agreements
Project scope, fees, hosting arrangements, support levels, ownership rights, and termination terms are governed by the separate agreement or proposal accepted for each client. These website terms do not replace signed client agreements.
Content and intellectual property
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use submitted text, images, logos, music, and videos. Unless a separate agreement specifies otherwise, each party retains its pre-existing intellectual property and rights.
Security and misuse
Do not attempt unauthorized access, misuse APIs or credentials, distribute malware, or interfere with other users or services. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address security incidents, abuse, or legal compliance.
Service changes and availability
Features may be adjusted as technology and third-party requirements change. We strive to provide reliable services, but do not promise that they will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
