When an authorized business connects Facebook or Instagram to SmorgyTech Social Publisher, the service may process account and Page identifiers, display names, granted permissions, authorization tokens, media, captions, scheduling selections, publishing results, and related operational logs. Access to Meta information is limited to permissions the connecting account grants and applicable Meta platform rules.

Connected Meta accounts
Facebook and Instagram connections may use separate authorization processes. SmorgyTech Social Publisher does not publish content without an authorized publishing action or an explicitly configured schedule. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information to advertisers. Data may be processed by hosting providers and technical services necessary to operate the website or Social Publisher, and by Facebook or Instagram when content is published or authorization is requested. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect the service and its users.
Storage, security, and retention
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to our operations, including restricted access to administrative functions and server-side credentials. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain required records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
